In my work as a mortgage and finance broker, I believe in giving everyone a fair shot. We all have stories, and judging someone before you know theirs is a common mistake. Diversity, for me, is seeing people as open books, not pre-written chapters.
Change is my constant companion. It’s one of the things I love most about this industry – every day brings new challenges. This keeps me focused and prevents boredom.
